• For events that have “stay-to-play” requirements, participating families will need to book housing needs through the event host.

• For all other events, member families can book housing through our partner link HERE (see info below before clicking on the link).

• The system is not limited to just your baseball/softball needs. You can use it for all of your personal travel as well.

• Be sure to select “Texas Twelve” from the drop down menu upon checkout.

• GroupBook offers all available rates for hotels in the area. The rates listed are for a single reservation. If you would like a block, you can select the hotel, request block and request the number and types of rooms and dates. The request is submitted to GroupBook and the hotel.

• GroupBooks dynamic pricing structure allows for nearly every hotel in the area to be offered as an individual booking immediately. A block can be held, but can take 3-5 business days to confirm availability and best possible price.

• Blocks will initially be held for 4-6 weeks and can be extended if needed.

• Once approved or when booking a single room, you will be asked to sign in. You can create an account or connect with Google or Facebook.

Elevate HP is our College Station Area athletic strength training partner. ELEVATE was created to give athletes an unrivaled competitive edge. Owner and Operator Jobi Brock is currently a Health and Kinesiology instructor at Blinn College where his teaching subjects include health and first aid, exercise physiology and biomechanics, and advanced performance classes. Elevate 365 trains athletes of all ages focusing on age specific programs tailored to foundational movement patterns, injury prevention, strength, power, flexibility/mobility, speed, agility, and maximizing performance potential. Jobi has an extensive background training collegiate level athletes including stints at Texas A&M (volleyball, softball, football, baseball, tennis), Sam Houston State (football, baseball, track and field, volleyball, cross country, golf, powerlifting), The University of Alabama Birmingham (volleyball, soccer, baseball), and Texas Lutheran University (football). He is CSCCa - SCCC certified, and NSCA - CSCS certified.
