Futures Camp:
This camp is designed to help young athletes confidently transition from coach pitch to kid pitch by building a strong foundation in fundamentals, game awareness, and self-belief. At this stage, the game begins to speed up, and our goal for this year’s Futures camp is to make that transition exciting — not overwhelming. Camp gear (dri-fit shirt and hat) will be provided. Futures is open to any 7u-9u age player, with all experience levels welcome. Open to both members and nonmembers of the Twelve.

Led by South Texas Twelve Baseball staff, campers will receive top-tier instruction in hitting, fielding, throwing, and baserunning, plus competitive, targeted drills designed to reinforce each skill. The camp format will be centered around a complete, age-appropriate player development plan created to engrain quality fundamentals within your athlete's skill set. Our youth development camps are open to any 6u-10u age player, with all experience levels welcome. Camp gear (dri-fit shirt and hat), snacks, and drinks will be provided during each session. Open to both members and nonmembers of the Twelve.

All camps at Cotton Sports Ranch are open to athletes age 6 through 11. Membership in the Twelve organization is not required! Camps will cover all varieties of game play including throwing, batting, fielding, baserunning and game situations. All camp instruction will be led by Dan DeYoung with assistance provided by former or current College or Professional players. Summer Performance Camp:
Twelve Development Camp: Build Skills, Shape Character
Get ready for an unforgettable baseball experience at the Twelve Development Camp in College Station, Texas! Hosted at the Wayne Smith Baseball Fields, our camps are designed for young athletes ages 6-10 (age as of April 30, 2027) of all skill levels.Typical youth coaching focuses on simply making contact at the plate, "just throwing strikes," and playing "goalie" in the field. In other words, playing to simply avoid errors. Baseball should be a game of making plays, not avoiding errors. Twelve Development Camp teaches the approach, techniques, and concepts used in college and professional baseball with an emphasis on freedom and fearlessness.
Led by Mark Mangum, a former first-round draft pick of the Colorado Rockies (1997) and director of youth programs for College Station, our camp offers professional-level training with a personal touch. With a camper-to-coach ratio of approximately 8:1, campers will master essential skills through focused drills on infield and outfield fielding, hitting, base running, and throwing mechanics. Each day starts with a Throwing Program and skill-specific training, followed by a 30-minute snack break featuring a character development talk to build confidence and leadership. The final hour brings the game to life with scrimmages, where campers practice decision-making in real game situations.
The camp fee includes two camp shirts, one hat, and basic snacks for break time. Campers should bring their glove, helmet, bat, and wear tennis shoes or cleats suitable for grass and dirt fields.College Station Summer Camp #1

Futures Camp:
For players ages 7 - 9 (determined by the age of the player as of April 30, 2027), Twelve Futures is designed to help establish a foundation of baseball fundamentals while fueling a competitive spirit and love for the game. Twelve coaches will help players develop individual skills and apply these skills in game-like situations.The format of this program consists of 6 practice sessions and 2 games over the course of 5 weeks. We believe that the Twelve Futures program will serve as an excellent introduction and springboard into competitive 8U & 9U baseball.
