how it all started
Our journey began in 2006 when a small group of passionate coaches in College Station, Texas, recognized the need for a better youth baseball and softball experience—one that emphasized both player development and character building. What started with just a single 9U baseball team soon grew into something much bigger. Over the years, we have expanded across the state, fielding hundreds of teams and setting the new standard for youth sports.
Through every stage of growth, we remain true to our core values of teaching the game the right way, fostering a love for baseball and softball, and ensuring that every player has the tools they need for success on and off the field. The timeline captures some of the most important movements in our evolution, highlighting key milestones in our mission to transform youth sports.
We proudly serve a diverse geographic area. This coverage reflects our commitment to accessibility, to bringing our unique approach to more communities, and to providing more opportunity for young athletes to develop their skills in a supportive and competitive environment.

Texas Twelve is founded with a single 9U baseball team in College Station.

The program expands to six teams, marking early growth and recognition.

Texas Twelve fields its first high school-level teams, creating opportunities for players to play beyond high school.

The first college commitment comes from a Texas Twelve athlete.

Texas Twelve grows to 21 teams and begins competing with the best organizations in Texas.

The first extended branch opens in Katy, TX.

Expansion continues with a new branch in The Woodlands, TX.

Texas Twelve opens operations in Corpus Christi, TX.

The first softball branch launches in College Station, along with a new baseball branch in San Antonio.

Bay Area baseball and softball branches are added, and Texas Twelve officially surpasses 190 teams, continuing its legacy of growth and excellence. Prior to 2024 the C2 Baseball organization existed for over a decade as an incredibly successful club program in the Houston area. C2 leadership consistently executed on a long standing commitment to serve its families in many of the same ways that we strive to serve ours. Additionally, the up and coming Texas Force program had begun to make a name for itself at the youth level in the Pearland/Friendswood area. The mission and culture of the Texas Force program was in alignment with those of the Texas Twelve and C2 programs. In the fall of 2024 C2, Texas Force, and Texas Twelve leadership teams thought that the best way to strengthen each program’s ability to create exceptional opportunities for more people in the southeast Houston area would be to join forces and create the Texas Twelve Bay Area branch.

The Houston West Loop baseball branch opens in the fall of 2025.

With the addition of the Capital City baseball branch, Texas Twelve officially surpasses 215 teams, continuing its legacy of growth and excellence. Building on this momentum, the Capital City Branch marks our entrance into the Austin area, a region with a long-standing history of amateur baseball excellence. This incredible opportunity was made possible through relationships with the former GPS Baseball program staff, led by Brandon Puffer. Building on the strong foundation established by GPS, the Texas Twelve Capital City Branch will continue and expand the shared mission of GPS and Texas Twelve—to positively impact lives through an exceptional baseball experience. The branch will serve players and families across North Austin and the surrounding communities.

We aren’t just winging it! There’s a plan and specific targeted destination for every player in the program! Over the course of the past 20 years we have developed a comprehensive player development model designed to maximize each player’s potential at the right time. The model is designed to evolve with each player and each team’s age and skill set progressions. We have a robust history of success and we’re only getting better.

Playing on one of our teams is the foundation of the Twelve experience. Each branch fields teams from 8u-18. Every team and every player receives the same level of service and opportunity to realize their potential

One of the keys to achieving greatness is putting in that extra work. We believe we have the most talented coaching staff in the country. Small group and individual lessons are offered at each branch.
