WINTER ATHLETIC TRAINING 9u-12u
The Twelve Winter Youth Strength Program is a cost-efficient program designed to introduce a functional strength program to your young athlete. This program is the next step in the off-season recovery young ballplayers need to prepare their bodies for the spring season.
Each session will include the following
Foundational strength training
Speed, acceleration, and change of direction training
Core strength training

WINTER 9u-12u TRAINING STAFF
Alex is a former collegiate baseball player at Hill College, El Paso Community College, and Morehead State University. He graduated from Morehead with a B.S. in Excercise Science. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (NSCA-CSCS). After four years as a strength coach for the Houston Astros, Alex is the Performance Director of Ollin Athletics and Sports Medicine.
