Congratulations to Baylor Rowlett on your commitment to play ball at Oklahoma State University!

A class of 2015 College Station High School grad, Baylor is considered by many to be one of the top catching recruits in Texas. If you've seen Baylor play, it doesn't take long to see his obvious love for the game. He leads by example as he plays hard, with passion, on every play.

Baylor has also shown an exceptional level of perseverance. This past summer, while playing in the USA Baseball 17u Team Trials event in Phoenix in June, Baylor suffered a devastating knee injury as he hustled to beat out an infield single (as he always does). Several college coaches were in attendance as he had already earned the respect of recruiters as a player to keep watching. The knee injury ended Baylor's summer and fall seasons and put the recruiting efforts on hold.

Baylor wasted no time and after surgery he put his effort, passion, and energy into his rehab program and as a result, he has returned ahead of schedule.

Prediction: OSU has just committed its future team captain!

Congratulations to the Rowlett family! Hope you've enjoyed the ride!
